Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Each appointment is time set aside just for you, and late changes mean another client misses out on that slot. Thank you for helping us keep things fair for everyone.

Cancelling or rescheduling

With 48 hours' notice or more, you can cancel or move your appointment free of charge.

With less than 48 hours' notice:

- Course clients: one session will be deducted from your course.

- Single sessions: the full price of the session is payable.

Please contact us by phone, text, email or through the booking system. Notice is counted from when we receive your message.

No-shows

If you miss your appointment without letting us know, it is treated the same as a late cancellation. We send a reminder 48 hours before every appointment, so there is still time to reschedule free of charge. After two no-shows, we may ask for full payment upfront before booking further appointments.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit in your full treatment, but it may need to be shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting. The full price still applies. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to treat you, and the appointment will count as a no-show.

If we can't treat you on the day

For your safety, we may not be able to go ahead if you have not followed your pre-treatment advice, for example sun exposure, sunbeds or fake tan on the area, waxing or plucking when asked to shave only, new medication you haven't told us about, or an open wound, infection or cold sore in the area. If this happens, it counts as a late cancellation. If anything changes, let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we'll reschedule free of charge.

Booking fees and courses

A £20 booking fee secures your appointment and comes off your treatment price. It is forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

Courses are non-refundable once started, must be used within 12 months of purchase, and cannot be transferred to someone else. If you need to pause a course for a medical reason, such as pregnancy, please tell us and we will hold your remaining sessions.

If we need to cancel

If LASRD Studio has to cancel or move your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible and rebook you at no cost. We understand that genuine emergencies happen, and fees may be waived at our discretion.
